I wanted to take a quick break and enjoy a moment to share with the community why I took the step of building Boon, what motivates the team behind it, and what we want it to become. Whatever that is, we will do it together. By first of all, listening to YOU, our users.
While I was working some months ago building AI agents for the financial industry, I had a clear desire. I would love to enjoy in my personal life an AI agent that is as powerful as what we are building in the corporate world. And not only that, I want to have a relationship with it, I want to be able to depend on it, that the agent is proactive, can help me out, and very importantly, that it also has its own relationships.
When I reflected for a moment, I became aware that deep down I wanted to have an AI I could trust for the things that mattered the most to me in my life: career, travel, legal, learning, etc... And I wanted to trust it to connect me better with the rest of the world, so it had to be an emotionally mature AI agent that understands that our world, more than anything, is about collaboration, companionship, help, growth and community.
That is, more than anything else, what truly flows from the deepest motivational dungeons that led to the birth of Boon. We want Boon to be the AI that young adults can trust with the most important matters and that can be of help to go out there to the world to connect more and better than ever. An extreme challenge, but one that is worth trying.
